I think that people complaining about the lack of quality of life features is extremly fair. I just came back to the game after 2-ish years and I got to the conclusion that I'll just make a new account because everything is way too confusing at this point. I was pulling recently in Virtuosa banner. Current number of pulls: 267. 4×six stars. 3 off banner: Carnelian, Mountain and Pallas. At least I got Virtuosa. I've started playing back in January this year. I'm really enjoying Vifer's content, but that's really sadge that there will be no future content from him. I hope he ll be fine though.
